Court Transcripts are a word-for-word record of a Court proceeding taken by a certified Court Reporter.
How to Request a Transcript?
There are two methods to request a transcript:
1.) Fill out the Transcript Request Form. The Form must be filled out completely and either emailed to msibley@21stjdc.org or mailed to Transcript Request, P.O. Box 788, Amite, LA 70422.
2.) Complete and Submit the Online Transcript Request below.
The court reporter will process the request in the order it is received. A court reporter will contact you to provide the cost associated with your request. After payment has been received, the court reporter will make arrangements for the delivery of the transcript.
