Misdemeanor Probation
The 21st Judicial District Court Misdemeanor Probation Office serves as an instrument for the 21st Judicial District Court in supervising those ordered to supervised misdemeanor probation. Probationers are supervised to promote public safety, court order compliance, and accountability. It is the mission of our office to protect public safety by providing supervision of convicted individuals through the enforcement of legal state statutes and community-based programs. Our office is committed to supervising adults on misdemeanor probation that will contribute to repaying the victim and community by holding those on probation accountable for their actions and providing opportunities for restitution. It is the desire and goal of this office to help bring about positive change in people, so that they may be successful, law-abiding, and contributing members of the community. We maintain strong partnerships with law enforcement agencies to help create an environment that promotes public safety.
