Electronic Monitoring Service Provider Registration

Companies seeking to provide electronic monitoring services within our jurisdiction must complete the registration form below and comply with all applicable Louisiana laws and regulations governing electronic monitoring services. Providers are required to register with the Court and the Sheriff’s Office and certify that they meet the statutory requirements established by Louisiana law.

To be considered for approval, providers must comply with the requirements set forth in Louisiana Revised Statutes 15:835 (Registration of Electronic Monitoring Service Providers) and Louisiana Revised Statutes 15:571.36 (Electronic Monitoring Equipment Requirements), including but not limited to equipment standards, monitoring capabilities, alert notifications, record accessibility, inventory controls, and other operational requirements established by the State of Louisiana.

Please note: Submission of a registration application does not constitute approval. Electronic monitoring services may not be provided within this jurisdiction until all registration requirements have been satisfied and authorization has been granted by the appropriate authorities.
