Livingston Parish COLLECTIONS OFFICE

Welcome to the 21st JDC Collections Department. 

This office processes payments for the following fees:

Traffic Tickets, Court Fines, Misdemeanor Probation, Misdemeanor Restitution, Drug Court Fees

Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (times are subject to change).

Payments made in person may be made by money order or cashier’s check. 

A kiosk is available to accept cash payments for a convenience fee of $3 or debit or credit card payments with a convenience fee of 5%. 

Payments made in person should be made at the  Livingston Parish Courthouse.

Payments may also be mailed in the form of a money order or cashiers check  to the following address:
