The 21st Judicial District Probation Office is responsible for supervising misdemeanor offenders placed on probation in the 21st Judicial District Court.  We handle cases from Livingston, St. Helena, and Tangipahoa parishes.  We also offer an Alcohol Abuse Education and Driver Improvement Program for 1st Offense DWI offenders.  Contact the probation office for more information on this program.
